Ryan is a seasoned professional with many years of playing, coaching, and training experience. While playing in the GTHL, he captained the AAA Junior Canadiens and became one of the most sought after minor hockey prospects along the way. Ryan was drafted 1st round, 5th overall in the 2004 OHL Priority Selection. He played four seasons in the OHL, three of which were with the Saginaw Spirit where he holds the franchise record for most points all time. After turning pro, Ryan spent 11 seasons overseas playing in Austria, Germany, Italy, Denmark, and France.
Ryan’s experience, leadership, and passion for the game are just a few of the reasons he’s such an effective trainer and mentor. He is a motivational force, both on and off the ice, that helps drive young players to reach their true potential.
When he’s not on the ice, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
Nick is the complete defenseman. His hybrid style of shutdown D-man and offensive threat were developed in the GTHL where he played AAA for the Vaughan Kings, Mississauga Rebels, and 05/06 champion Don Mills Flyers. Nick was selected 1st round, 12th overall in the 2006 OHL Priority Selection by the Saginaw Spirit. In 2010, he was named to the OHL First All-Star team and CHL First All-Star Team. In his final season in the OHL, Nick became the first defenseman in OHL history to lead the league in Defenseman Scoring and Plus/Minus in the same season.
Nick was drafted by the Buffalo Sabers in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. He played 4 seasons with their AHL affiliate, then another 6 seasons in Europe with teams in Austria, Denmark, and Slovakia.
Nick’s patience, hockey sense, and understanding of the game make him the perfect teacher and mentor for hockey players looking to take their game to the next level.
Jason is an experienced trainer both on and off the ice. He played in the GTHL for the AAA Junior Canadiens before being drafted 2nd round, 35th overall by the Peterborough Petes in the 2005 OHL Priority Selection. After 4 years in the OHL, he went on to play 4 seasons for Ryerson University while earning a degree in Occupational Health & Safety. He is a certified Canfit Personal Trainer with a deep understanding of personal health and fitness.
Jason is actively involved in the hockey community and is a leader by example. He is a volunteer trainer for the Canadian Blind Hockey Association where he helps make hockey dreams a reality for the visually impaired. Jason is a role model for success through dedication, both physically and mentally, and has been helping young athletes achieve their goals for over a decade.
